Basic Policy

JEI shall manage its assets for the purpose of investing primarily in assets such as real estate, with the aim to secure stable revenues over the medium- to long-term and stable growth of its assets, in accordance with the Investment Trust Act and its Articles of Incorporation.
In order to accomplish this purpose, JEI utilizes the comprehensive strengths of its sponsors in real estate and finance, and aims to maximize unitholder value through the pursuit of stability and expansion of revenues.
