Asset Management Company of JEI receives capital contributions as well as business supports from its sponsor companies. These business supports include supplying human resources, provision of network and information support from the sponsor companies for real estate acquisitions and sales, provision of pipeline and warehousing functions, enabling financing based on a support of sponsor companies specialized in finance, and provision of research functions on economy, interest rate, currency trend and other macro economy as well as on real estate markets. Especially, it is achieving (1) continuous expansion of asset size, (2) enhancement and stabilization of profitability and (3) enhancement of property competitiveness by wide supports including provision of property acquisition opportunities, high level property management and leasing from the sponsor companies with strong capabilities in property development, management and operation.
